While building trust with your client is a really great thing to do, and a fabulous skill to develop on your way to becoming a full-fledged beauty professional, knowing what you can do to protect yourself from some of the stress, like loose boundaries, too much information, cloudy boundaries, and demanding clients will be vital and necessary to your well being, survival and thriving career. You Are Not Alone
If you’ve been a stylist or a barber for 5-15 years, you may find yourself questioning your career choice more than once. That’s right. Inevitably, you either get stuck creatively and feel you are not learning anything, or you are learning but the routine is getting to you, or you are in the wrong salon, or you are bored, or your body is starting to talk back to you. All of those lazy habits are catching up with you.

Allowing Room For You
